Naomi Levi-Garcia serves as Government Affairs Manager for the City Manager’s Office and Special Counsel for the City Attorney’s Office. Her unique position allows her to effectively manage a cross-section of responsibilities related to intergovernmental affairs, the City’s legislative agenda, general legal matters, constituent services and special projects.
Ms. Levi-Garcia received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Florida State University where she graduated cum laude in just three years and her Juris Doctor from FIU College of Law, where she was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholar Scholarship. During law school, Ms. Levi-Garcia gained experience in both the public and private sector, working for non-profit organizations, city governments and multinational businesses, she was also an active member of the FIU Environmental Law Clinic. Ms. Lev-Garcia loves being part of the Coral Gables team and began her career in the City Beautiful as Intern to the Mayor in 2011.
